What is the shortest stay?
One night for most units. Some have a different minimum, shown on the unit page.
Are utilities included?
Most units include utilities in the rate. Each unit page states whether it does.
Is there a refundable deposit?
Yes. The amount depends on the unit and is returned after handover and inspection.
What documents do you need?
A passport or Emirates ID, to register the stay as Sharjah authorities require.
Can I pay on arrival?
Yes. We take cash, bank transfer or card when we hand over the unit.
Is cleaning included?
The unit is handed over fully cleaned. Regular cleaning can be arranged.
