Cancellation: Cancelling with reasonable notice before arrival returns the payment in full, as agreed in writing.
Registration: Guests provide valid identification so the stay can be registered with the authorities.
Deposit: The deposit is returned after the unit is handed back and inspected for damage.
Quiet enjoyment: Units are for residential use, and neighbours are not to be disturbed.
